Both times the swarm just will not latch even if literally clipping into the turtle. Might be a naturally occurring glitch but I presume people are bugging out turtles by latching a swarm then accidentally hitting turtle during taming ruining the tame. Then possibly the failed tame bugs the turtle and stops another swarm latching.
